Creator earnings are calculated based on verified views. Payments are processed according to the schedule outlined in your account dashboard. We reserve the right to withhold payments for suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hype is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
